FIBER REINFORCED TECHNOLOGY (STEEL & SYNTHETIC)

Our Team offer Ultimate solution for Fiber Reinforced Technology for Concrete, Mortar And Screed Application. FRC is a concrete in which Fiber are mixed at the time of mixing Concrete so that the Fibers are uniformly distributed through the Mass of Concrete and Fiber act as Micro Reinforcement to improve properties of Concrete. RIGID PAVEMENT REPAIR SYSTEM

Our Expert Crew Provide the finest rigid repair system to our client for Potholes, Minor / Major Cracks, Sunken Concrete Panel, Joint Edge Spalling. We provide Epoxy Based Repair Mortar, self leveling Elastometic Concrete, Very Low Viscosity Epoxy Injection Resin. We also undertake a project for full depth repair of the pavement.

VACUUM DE-WATERING FOR ROAD AND INDUSTRIAL FLOORS

The company had vast experience in handling various concrete processing equipment and based on the concept to maintain close water cement ratio in newly laid concrete, launched its 1st indigenous concrete vacuum de-watering system and by using its self developed equipment executed the industrial flooring project of M/s Subros Ltd., Noida (UP), M/s JK Tyres Ltd. Bamore (MP) and M/s YKK Ltd. Bawal (HR), Way back in 1995. THIN WHITE TOPPING (TWT)

THIN WHITE TOPPING are originally developed in the USA in 1918 as a quick cost effective and long lasting rehabilitation solution for asphalt pavement. TWT is the covering of an existing asphalt pavement with a layer of special design cement concrete, white toping is a rehabilitation technique in which 100 to 200 mm thick layer of cement concrete is placed over a milled surface of asphalt pavement. The overlay Thickens and joint specifications are decided depending on the traffic load. Special M-40 grade concrete is design and laid with the combination of polypropylene fibers. They are added to mix for increasing resistance to plastic shrinkage and to promote additional tensile strength. Our expert team extends assistance in design and execution to carry out TWT projects in India. We uses special high frequency needle vibrator (VPM 12000) and further truss paver are applied for compaction and leveling, Joint are cut longitudinally and transversely with in 24hr with special design concrete cutters and curing us done with curing compound. Our company have executed first project of TWT in the year of 2005 at WESTERN COURT IN NEW DELHI UNDER CPWD.

CONCRETE MIXING & PLACING:

The concrete will be produced in fully automatic batching plant as per required design mix and will be transported in transit mixer.


Form Work

1. M. S. Channel of a required thickness will be used as form work for casting of PQC.
2. M.S Rail track channel will be fixed by helping wooden blocks and M.S jack for travelling the fixed form sensor paver


PLACING OF SEPARATE MEMBRANE, DOWEL BAR, TIE BAR

Separate membrane of PVC sheet as per required thickness will be place on DLC before casting of PQC as per the design in charge, placing of the Dowel Bars & Tie Bars to be place in the panel before casting ofthe PQC as per IRC-58.

COMPACTING & LEVELING WITH SENSOR CONCRETE PAVER

PQC will be place with Sensor Paver as per required paving width. Concrete will be compacted and leveled with Auto leveling sensor system.


MANUAL BULL FLOAT

Once the concrete has been compacted and leveled its surface will be smoothen by means of manual bull floating, the process will be finished before excess moisture or bleed water appear on the surface.

MECHANICAL FLOATING: (IF REQUIRED)

Once the concrete has been compacted and leveled its surface will be smoothened by means of Mechanical Floating.

TEXTURING

Just before the concrete becomes non-plastic, the surface will be textured with an approved handled steel or fiber broom conforming to the stipulations laid down in IRC:43. The broom tool will be pulled gently over the surface of the pavement from edge to edge.

JOINTS SPACING & DEPTH

The locations and the type of joints will be as per drawings. Proper joint spacing is necessary to control cracking of the concrete, the dummy joint will be cut with in 48 hours by Diamond Concrete Cutting Machine. Depth & Width of the cut as per thickness of the pavement.

JOINTS SEALING WITH SEALANT

Longitudinal, Construction, Dummy & Expansion joints will be sealed as per the specification with approved Joint as per Engineer In Charge.

SHOT CRETE

SHOT CRETE SERVICES also known as sprayed concrete or gunite, is a construction technique that involves spraying a mixture of cement, aggregate, and water onto a surface using a high-velocity air stream. This process creates a layer of hardened concrete that provides structural support, erosion protection, or surface finishing. Shotcrete is commonly used in a variety of construction applications, Including building foundations, tunnels, slopes, retaining walls, and repairs to existing structures.

Soil Nalling

Soil nalling is a geotechnical technique that strengthens unstable soil slopes or excavations by inserting closely spaced, steel reinforcement bars (nails) at downward angles. Installed top-down, these nails are grouted in place and covered with shotcrete to create a cohesive, reinforced mass that prevents slope failure, commonly used for retaining walls and road stabilization. It is primarily used for highway slope stabilization, deep foundation excavations, and tunnel support.
We are using New Austrian Tunneling Method (NATM) which is required in construction because it offers a flexible, cost-effective, and safe approach to tunneling in unpredictable ground conditions. By using the surrounding rock mass as a load-bearing element and employing real-time monitoring to adapt support measures (shotcrete, bolts), it minimizes deformation and stabilizes the tunnel structure.

NATM is highly effective in weak, fractured, or inconsistent rock, making it ideal for challenging terrain like the Himalayas.

Rock Anchoring

Involves drilling, inserting steel rods or tendons, applying specialized cement grout for bonding, and often tensioning (pre-stressing) the anchor to provide immediate stability. Commonly used for slope stabilization, retaining wall support, dam foundation anchoring, and stabilizing excavations in tunneling and mining. It Increases the load-bearing capacity of rock, ensures structural safety in challenging geological conditions, and prevents rockfalls or soil erosion.
